Who we are
Thao NguyenThao is from Hanoi, Vietnam, where she obtained a B.S. in Mechanics. She went on to obtain an M.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Seoul National University as well as an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Mrs. Nguyen has received a number of honors and awards, including the Gold Medal at the 17th Vietnam National Mechanics Olympiad.

Kendall GolderKendall joined the neplab in 2018, where he is pursuing a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M. He obtained his B.S. with highest honors from The University of Kansas in 2018.

Babak RavajiBabak joined the neplab in Spring 2016 to pursue his PhD in Mechanical Engineering. He obtained an MS in Biomedical Engineering in 2006. Babak has obtained a number of awards including the Best Paper Award at the 2013 SPE Sub-Regional Student.

Eli IglesiasEli is from Houston, TX. He obtained a B.S. in Engineering Science from Trinity University and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UTSA. Eli worked for 1.5 years at the Army Research Laboratory. Eli has received a number of awards, including the AIAA Abe M. Zarem Award for Distinguished Achievement in Aeronautics.

Yuan JiYuan joined the neplab in 2018, where he is pursuing a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M. He obtained a B.S. from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
